The RWT-F Series wheel weigher pads are available in 4 different sizes and 4 capacities. The ultra low profile platforms are designed to weigh trucks with a multitude of axle configurations and capacity requirements. Each wheel weigher platform includes an integral weight display, and can be wirelessly interfaced up to 12 platforms via the RWT-5000F Indicator/ Printer. Full Featured & Fully Accessorized

Build the Right Wheel Weigher System for your specific needs!

Utilizing optional dummy plates and dummy plate connectors, build a wheel weigher system that fits your specific needs! For in-motion weighing applications, use a single axle layout (2 scale platforms) including sufficient ramps and dummy plates to insure optimum level weighing conditions. For static weighing, the RWT-F wheel weighers may be joined via optional plates and connectors, allowing up to 12 platforms to be wirelessly interfaced via the RWT-5000F Indicator/Printer.

The RWT-5000F Indicator/Printer is enclosed in a portable, water tight case and provides weight information that includes individual wheel weight, individual axle weight, and total weight. Also included in RWT-5000F are built in USB and RS-232C ports, optional USB memory stick, memory for up to 10,000 vehicles, and connectivity to model CRD2300F/3000F wireless Remote Display units. Self Contained Portable Unit The RWT-5000F Wireless Indicator is housed in a protective hardened plastic case with waterproof seals when closed. Zigbee Wireless The RW-Z Series Wheel Weighers features Zigbee Wireless technology. Connect up to 12 RWT-F Wheel Weighing Pads within the same communication range. Printer The RWT-5000F includes a high speed thermal printer. Prints receipts with 100 mm/sec speed and 202 dpi resolution. Use with CAS Receipt Paper #TS-25050 Interface The RWT-5000F is equipped with a RS-232 output for PC interface, USB port, DC jack, and wireless communication capabilities to CAS Wirelsss Remote Displays Display & Keypad The RWT-5000F is equipped with a backlit LCD Display and numeric keypad.

Category I containers are built to withstand at least 100 one way trips of normal airline cargo handling. The ATA has also classified Category II to withstand up to 10 trips and Category III for one trip. In order for a shipping case manufacturer to certify that their product is rated ATA-300 (Category I), their product must pass a strict set of tests performed by an independent testing facility. Why do you need it? The primary job of an ATA-300 (Category I) shipping case is that it protects the equipment inside during transit. Each year millions of dollars worth of equipment are damaged when not properly packed for transit. When sourcing a shipping case manufacturer look for a company that has been in the business a long while, has experienced, professional design engineers, excels at custom shipping case design and offers quality customer service.
